Introduction

DocLabs is the all-in-one analytics and feedback platform for your documentation. It is comprised of 3 main components:
- Headless UI - Components to collect feedback from your users. Most major frameworks are supported.
- Analytics - Dashboard for gathering insights into how users are getting value from your documentation.
- Automation/AI - Automatically generate and improve documentation based on user feedback.
Headless UI
Our headless components allow you to quickly integrate feedback collection into your documentation (like the one on this page). You are responsible for the UI, we handle the rest. Many of these components can be composed together to create a custom feedback collection experience for example using likes with comments to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Analytics
Our dashboard allows you to gather insights into how users are getting value from your documentation. You can see which pages are most popular, which pages are most liked, and which pages have the most comments. You can also see which pages are most disliked and which pages have the most negative comments. This allows you to quickly identify which pages need improvement.
Automation/AI
Our AI engine allows you to automatically generate and improve documentation based on user feedback. For example, if a user leaves a comment asking for more information on a topic, our AI engine can automatically generate a new page with the requested information. If a user leaves a comment saying that a page is confusing, our AI engine can automatically rewrite the page to make it more clear.
